OS Upgrade Question on TeamSite server

System

We are running TeamSite 721 on RHEL 5.3 on a Test environment, and due to some support issues we are upgrading OS to RHEL 5.4.

Do we need to reinstall TeamSite 721 after RedHat upgrade from 5.3 to 5.4? I've done this for other applications, but not for TeamSite anytime.

I've a support case open with Autonomy, but want to check if anyone has done this.
