Migrate Entity Database?

Moving from TS 671 (WIN 2003) to TS 721 (WIN 2008 R2). It's a fresh install on a new server. Is it possible to migrate the old TeamSite identity database to the new server so that users don't lose their favorites? Thanks.

We tried copying the Entity DB from TeamSite 671 to TeamSite 672 sometime last year, it was unsuccessful. We ended up having duplicate EDB Data IDs for each TeamSite user.

Autonomy support suggested to copy only tsusers and tsgroups files, but not the Entity DB, as this will be created automatically for each user.
