TS7.3.1 Tab Switching issue

In Window 2008, whenever I am switching to Teamsite or Administrator tab from Content Pro i'm able to work properly but when I return back to Content Pro its giving following Exception.
Anyone is facing and how can we solve this all services are up and running

Run iwreset -a a couple of times.
Then you'll be able to switch back and forth afterwards.
