Make an item Read Only once the form is saved

Hi All,

Once the new form entry is saved, I want one item inside a container to be changed to uneditable if I click Edit for the DCR. To make it more clear - If a new form entry is opened, fields are filled and then saved, the next time when the Edit button is clicked for that saved DCR, I want a particular item to be uneditable. When I tried with IWItem.setReadOnly(true), it is changing to Readonly mode for a particular event(say for ex Smiley Surprised

nSave). But when I tried to edit the DCR by clicking Edit, it is editable.

Could you clarify this with code?

Actually, you also probably want an onSaveValid handler to do the same thing - so that it becomes readonly during the initial editing session -- though perhaps that was already taken care of (I got lost in the original post ;-)
