ORA-01536: space quota exceeded for tablespace 'SYSTEM'

I am getting the "

error while doing a data deploy. This error is on the base server which is the receiver as well. I am the only user who is getting this error. The DBA team says the table space is not user specific. Any idea where could be the problem?

This type of prb occurred when user is trying to create or insert the data and user has exceeded his quota limit

Exp:
User is allowed to use maximum 100 bytes. And he already has used 80bytes. Now the creation of table or data insertion requires the bytes more than 40 and hence error comes.

Can u check with DBA team for all the privileges on table or did any changes made to the roles and permission for the user on table.

The DBA team says the table space is not user specific

Tablespace is not user/group specific. Tablespace Quotas are. Ask your DBA to query "dba_ts_quotas" View for you
or query "user_ts_quotas" yourself if you have access. Like this: SELECT * FROM user_ts_quotas

Validate your quota to the Tablespace 'SYSTEM' and ask DBA to increase it as needed.

Btw - Tablespace quotas have nothing whatever to do to your Tables' access privileges, roles, permissions or any of
that nice Jazz.

I am catching hold of my DBA to verify and get this resolved. Will update here.

The DBA team moved the segments in dba_segments table to USERS which was SYSTEM and rebuilt the index on the tablespace for USERS. After this change the deployments were working fine.

Hope this will help anyone in future.
