TeamSite Driver mismatch

We upgraded TeamSite from version 6.5.0 to 6.7.2 and cannot start TeamSite. I see the following error in the log... Any clues?

I would check the install log and call support. TS loads a driver for the filesystem and it should have been upgraded.

You may want to retry the install but check the install log first. I suspect support will be your final solution however.

Did the installation went through successfully?
I guess you should have done the upgrade from TS6.5 SP3 or SP2, not able to recall now, please check the installation guide and release notes.

Did you by chance upgrade the OS prior to Teamsite ?, Then this could be the issue.

The driver files here refers to iwfsd.* which is under c:/windows/drivers.
I am not sure if replacing these files with the files from a workingTeamsite 6.7.2 could fix this issue.

To add a little more in for to paul_iwov's post. There are 3 files in the \windows\system32\drivers directory.

iwfsd.sys - it should be version 6.7.2.0
iwfsd.pdb
iwfsd.map

All my files had a modified date of 8-18-2008.
