I'm using cgi-callout to upload files from the local machine to the teamsite server. But when users upload bigger images like default images in the My pictures directory of windows ..Unable to preview these images on the site.Same problem with .xls and .ppt and .doc.xls: Error Message: File is so extensively corrupted that it cannot be repaired.ppt:Unable to open name.pptPoint: I'm unable to preview these bigger (uploaded) images in the teamsite itselfTS 6.7.2OD 7.1
Is this your own custom callout that is doing the uploading? If so, are you doing it as binary data or ascii data? It sounds (from the message) like you are uploading binary data as ascii data and that could corrupt the resulting file.
Can you try by uploading a validated img, ppt or xls file in TeamSite using the import functionality and hard code the path in your dcr without using the cgi-callout. Try to preview now and see if it works. If it does then you know there is some problem with your cgi-callout code. If not, then there may be some problem with the preview or uploaded file. You may want to try this on your as well as some other computer too. Let us know what you find.
