Issue with LSCS Auth in 7.3.1

We have installed teamsite 7.3.1 in our development environment.
while installation, installer doesn't ask the LSCS authoring details (like database, username, password etc ) to configure.
The installation was successful without any issue.
But the problems are.
1-- The Project List link on the URL http://localhost:8080/lscs/admin/debugpanel/
showing 404, even though we are able to retrieve the records using metadata search.
2--we are able to retrieve the records only if administrator is logged in the Teamsite UI on other window. which means debugpanel is retrieving the document using the user credential only.

we don't need the idol security, Is there any way to disable the security in lscs- idol search?

I found a method in teamsite 7.3.1 - lscsclient.jar ,
client.setSessionString(java.lang.String session); which is introduced in 7.3.1 first time.
Is anyone know how to use this method and set the session as string in it?
I can get the session object from the context but question is, how to convert it into the String object.
if we simply cast into toString() it won't work.
