Site Publisher component install fail

Hi all,

I just upgraded Teamsite from version 6.7.2 SP2 patch to 7.2.1 on Windows Server 2003 R2 EE SP2.

The installation completed with Site Publisher component install failed.

I tried to install Site Publisher by running the script \install\livesite\install_scripts\sitepub_component_install.bat manually, it still fail.

Error is found inside foundation_install.log
Error: "BUILD FAILED
\install\install_archive.xml:118: taskdef class com.interwoven.livesite.tools.LSArchiveImportTask cannot be found"

TeamSite UI threw exception once logged in.
Exception:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /ccpro/filesys/main.jsp(47,0) The absolute uri: http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/tags-html cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application

Has anyone encountered such situation?

Please advise on the resolution.

Autonomy seems to have done a bunch of things to improve the product, but improving the installation process still seems to be woefully lagging (IMO)
