Issue connecting to DB using Datadeploy

I have setup a MSSQL 2005 express server in windows 2003 OS server which is authenticated thro Corporate LDAP.

The DB details are configured in the database.xml file as below

When I try to deploy DCRs to DB using CLT
iwodcmd start xml_to_db -k iwdd=TS-DB-Deployment

DId you make sure that the database is setup for internal authentication as opposed to Windows authentication?
Also - you may need to re-run one or more of the setup scripts or hand-edit one of the configuration files - I believe the file in question is something like ODHOME/db/schedb.script - and you need to make sure it contains an entry like:

CREATE USER SA PASSWORD "" ADMIN

If it doesn't, add that line and try restarting OD (there might be something else you need to do, but I cannot recall right now)
