Uploading a File

Can I get name of the file that is imported from local machine to teamsite using :

IWEventRegistry.addFormHandler("onFormInit", init);

}

//---------------------------------------------------------------
function import2WA() {

return true;

I got hold of some earlier posts on the same issue, I will keep posting if I have any concerns
