could not connect/login to Mediabin

We are unable to login to mediabin, when checked the log: logs/mbp.log

found the following lines at the end of log file.

"....

.....

09/17/10 00:00:11 Shutting down server due to server expiration or tamper
09/17/10 00:00:11 Connection manager shutdown.
09/17/10 00:00:11 MBP Server exiting normally

"
Checked the Services, all of them are running.

Does anyone know what does "Shutting down server due to server expiration or tamper
" mean.

Reason:
The License got expired.
