Shall the attributes in single quotes or double quotes ?

When I check the manual for TS6.7.0, I see one example (Page 56) in which attributes for root-container element and Item element are in single quotes.

In another example just below it, I see attributes for root-container in double qoutes while that for Item element in single quotes.

How should the attributes be presented, in single quotes or in double quotes or anything is fine ? Even one attribute in single quotes and other attribute for same element in double quotes is ok ?

XML syntax allows either single or double quotes.
You can mix them. <this is="perfectly" good='XML'/>

Yes it is. IWOV is also XML, only defined by TS instead of you.
