Teamsite upgrade problem

I am am trying to upgrade from teamsite 6.7.2 to 7.2.1 and getting the following error

After this I see a message on the installer:
The upgrade/reinstall processing was unseuccesful

Can someone please help me?

If you are using TS ReportCenter with TeamSite, have you generated license for Reporting?

Also have you updated the IR_SERVICEINFO table to current version of TS as in "Upgrade ReportCenter" section of Author component installation guide?

We are not using ReportCenter but when I look at the about section in teamsite is see the following=>
Interwoven TeamSite Reporting 6.7.2.1.69984 Feb 4, 2008 Administrator Aug 20, 2009 interwoven
Interwoven TeamSite Reporting Server 6.7.2.2.70044 Feb 4, 2008 Administrator Aug 20, 2009 interwoven

So am I using ReportCenter without knowing?
Am I missing some other component?

The reporting piece is always there, but it will throw errors if you haven't configured or licensed it. You can safely ignore those messages in server.log as it doesn't affect the other webapps.

That can be the case, but I am upgrading now.
And because of this error the upgrade won't finish.

So does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

The table IR_ServiceInfo has the following records.

How have you determined that this is actually the cause of your upgrade failure?

Yes, because after this line.
I can click "next" on the installer and the installer finishes without any other message. The log file also doesn't show anymore log lines Smiley Happy

After this I start the teamsite service and I see the following in the iwserver.log. I think because of the upgrade did not finish correct I am getting this error/inconsistency.

Did you reboot the server after upgrade, and see if iwserver and other TS processes come up?

I did reboot the machine.
Started services are:
iwproxy.exe
iwuiservletd.exe
iwwebd.exe
iwwebd.exe
and jbos... livesiteservice... engineserver

A driver mismatch has nothing to do with the reporting module. Sounds to me like you need to contact support about that one.

If you are saying the error is the same (i.e. identical) I'd simply follow the advice given and contact support. Driver errors indicate software/OS compatibility issues.
