Only the thing is the content center doesn't show up.
http://localhost/ does redirect to
http://localhost/iw-cc/command/iw.ui, but you get a 404 after that:
JBossWeb/2.0.1.GA - Error report
HTTP Status 404 - /iw-cc/command/iw.ui
type Status report
message /iw-cc/command/iw.ui
description The requested resource (/iw-cc/command/iw.ui) is not available.

The upgrade didn't give any errors and all the services are running.
In the install/upgrade manual it says:
| When upgrading from TeamSite 6.7.2 SP2 to 7.x, you must run the installer twice. The first time, all components except for the Administration UI are installed; the second time, the Administration UI is installed. |
However when running the installer the second time Administration UI (which is the Content Center?) is nowhere to be found and all the other components aren't selectable. So it's impossible to run it again.
Does anyone know what steps I should take to get the Content Center working again?
