Can TPL parse all HTML tags ?

Can TPL parse all HTML tags or gives error when HTML tags are placed inside TPL ?

By that I mean, if I dont place HTML tags in CDATA, is that ok or not ?

When I place text in an HTML page, it just dislays as written. If I place plain text (not HTML tags) in TPL, will it give an error ? ( I am trying it myself though right now. Just putting it here so that I dont forget to ask later on)

This has been somewhat asked and answered in your other thread.
If you're using a strict-XML TPL and using basic HTML - you will need CDATA tags around HTML elements that are not written according to strict XML rules.
If you're using a strict-XML TPL and using XHTML - you should be okay without the CDATA tags.
If you're using loose-XML TPL you should be okay either way, though writing XHTML rather than HTML code is generally better.
