My TeamSite server is not a member of any domain. So when generating a licence what information I need to put in the field for domain?

Also if the machine is not part of any domain, will TS GUI be accessble from a client machine via http?

Usually, when working with a non-domain server, the domain is "NoDomain" (note the capitals, lack of space, etc.)
As long as the client machine can see / connect to the HTTP port on the server, it should be accessible.

If you already have TeamSite installed, but not the license yet, you can run:
iw-home/bin/tslicinfo

Which will give you the required fields you need for generating the license including what to put in the domain field.
