Admin tab inaccessible in TS 7.1

Hey,

When I try to access Administration tab in TS CCP GUI, I get the error [color=red]"Could not contact Administration server. Please try it later or contact your system administrator". [/color]

Environment details:

Windows 2003 SP2

MS SQL Server 8.0

How many times did you run the installer?
For [at least] several of us - we had to run it 2 or 3 times before the Admin GUI was accessible.

I'm facing a similar issue. I had installed TeamSite a week before on similar hardware.

However I placed the license key today and I'm getting the same error.

Do I need to reinstall the whole setup?

Please advice.

Seeing the same thing on Windows 2008 Enterprise Server. We opened a ticket with IWOV support today...

We did try reinstalling. We tried reinstalling the Admin Server by itself, same result. Then we tried installing all of the common services pieces with the Admin piece, that reinstall actually failed.

The other piece to this is the OD Admin UI. We installed that first and were able to login with no problem. After installing TeamSite and the Administration UI we were no longer able to login to the OD Admin UI. We get the error REQUEST DENIED.
