Error while viewing the difference in versions

Hi,
I am getting an error in the visual tab of the version difference in one of my newly created branch.
It says, "Unable to find //ABC/default/main/Branch1/EDITION/#2476/templatedata/Common/Marketing/datacapture.cfg. Please contact your system administrator.
I am wondering whether I missed a step while creating a branch. The visual difference between versions works well in the branches which already existed.

So you are trying to compare 2 datacapture.cfg? With its older version? Or were you trying to compare Branches? Please elaborate. It would be lot more easy to see the error, if you can post a screenshot.

Switch to the "source" or "code" tab in the Diff UI - you cannot do Visual differences for non-HTML files.
