Visual Formatter - Menu issues

Hi,

The problem I am facing is that for no apparent reason some buttons on the Format toolbar ( of a basic - non modified VF toolbar) have gone missing. i.e. some users donot see the bullet and underline buttons on the toolbar, whereas others do so. My guess is that it isnt a server side configuration issue coz the config file seems correct.

Any direction/tips would be helpful

If you could supply some more information on what is happening people might be able to help out. What are the similar attributes of the systems where VF is not working? What version of TeamSite and VF are you using? Do you have any ideas on what might have changed in the environment or on the system that might give us clues?

We had a similar issue. It was only happening on one users workstation but everyone else was ok. I tracked it down to a dll on the workstation. I think it was actbar2.ocx. It seems that another application had overwritten this dll and caused this error.
