System

USECase;

1. A User with Admin access submits a file to a workflow for review.

2. A reviewer with Editor access, is suppose to "take" the unassigned review task. But an error message shows up saying ""You do not have permission to work on this task.

If the Editor submits the file, then he is allowed to review it.

If an Editor Submits a file, then an Admin is allowed to review it.

But an Admin submitted a file and an editor could not review it.

You need to provide more information.

WFT or WFM ?

Can you include the XML used ?

It sounds like a grouptask, what group ? Are users added to the list ? Maybe the submitter ?

It would be very easy to code a WF to do what you are saying, and it would not be a bug.
