Looking for docs for Page-Layouts

I'm looking for some documentation for building Page Layouts in Site Publisher (v7.2.1).

Chapter 10 (Custom Fixed Layouts) of the TeamSite SitePublisher Developer Guide v7.2 rev 1 dated Oct 2010 is full of "this has changed..." statements which implies somewhere else there's documentation on what it was originally.

I think that's the only place that I have seen the documentation for custom layouts.

Is there anything specific that u are looking for??

Nothing specific. A DTD would be good - but I couldn't find one.

I would love to know what all the attributes are and what objects can be children of other objects etc....
