preview blank page on TS 6.5

Hi,

I have gone through bunch of threads on the same issue here. unfortunately i could not find right link to resolve my issue.

When user trying to preview page on TS GUI, it shows blank page. I verified 81 port and it's listening.

can any one please provide your suggestion to resolve this issue?

1)what is title of page you are seeing(404 error or you are able to see some thing)
2)is the content web server is running on port(81)
3)are you using any different preview server other than comes with teamsite.
4) check the logs if you can find any thing

Please find my answers to the below queries:

1)what is title of page you are seeing(404 error or you are able to see some thing) http://teamsite_hostname/iw-cc/command/iw.group.preview_file?vpath=file_path
2)is the content web server is running on port(81) -- yes, it is running on port 81
3)are you using any different preview server other than comes with teamsite. -- No
4) check the logs if you can find any thing --what logs? event/server/trace/servletd/access_log? i verified these logs but no luck.

Earlier it was showing 404 page(Connetcion failed). after I start 81, it showing blank page.

i am not asking url link,the title of the page which will be display at the top left corner and can you post the acess.log fragment for the preview time.

Can we assume that generic HTML pages render correctly ?

What configuration changes have you made to TS to get ASP to render ?

Does this page render correctly if you go to port 81 ?

Are you using IIS as the customer webserver?

If you are, then make sure that the asp.dll is enabled.

When I hit the URL with port 81 (Example: http://server:81/iw-mount/default/m...ontent/file.asp ?) getting page can not be displayed.

I am using SUN Web server not IIS.

When I check Web server error log under /apps/SUNWwbsvr/https-teamsite_hostname/logs i got the following report:

Well if it does not render on port 81, then there is a Sun Web server and not a TS issue.

So it *had* properly rendered ASP files before ? Or just HTML ?

It was rendered properly before. since yesterday it was not working when one of my teammate restarted TS server.

these are ASP files.

Then something changed in the web server configuration. It may not have manifested itself until the restart. But if you cannot render through port 81, the problem is not in TeamSite. That completely bypasses TeamSite.

there might Chili!Soft ASP installed on top of your web server ,which is crashed try to debug or install that again
