Importing files in TeamSite through Citrix

Hi Guys,

Is there anyone here using TeamSite through Citrix and able to import files into TeamSite from a network drive.

The problem we have is that when our TeamSite users access the Content Centre Professional interface through Citrix and try to import files into teamsite they don't have access to the mapped network drives. So they can't use the import applet through Citrix.

Is anyone using TeamSite through Citrix and having the same problem?

Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

I was involved in a project where we were using the Citrix to access teamsite server (i.e. iw-home). But the teamsite UI was accessible without citrix. We were using the mapped drives to manage back-end files.

Either you need to give users access to mapped drives or if they are just business users than allow them to access teamsite UI without Citrix. Otherwise I don't see any way to import the files into teamsite.

We are experienceing the same problem - did you ever got a solution for this?

In our environment - users accessing TeamSite through Citrix (desktop) are able to access the network shares through ordinary file explorer but not through the Local File Manager (i.e. import function).

When trying - they just gets access to the "Redirected folders" folder.
