strange problem...!

hey guys i dont know even to put this problem here or not but here i am.
what is happening,there is one chinese content not visible in html when i select chinese simplified encoding.The content can be easily seen in default UTF-8 encoding but not in GB2312.

Now the intersting part...!

As soon as i open the source code of the HTML in UTF8 encoding format and save is over there and then regenerate the HTML the whole thing works.
Now even if i change the encoding to GB2312 the html can be previewed easily.

i hope u guys got the problem.

Am Bamboozled.

Please do reply if anyone has hint what is going on.
