Whats the server link for documentation on TPL tags ?

I was told about this link before and I used it, but just forgot it. Pls let me know of this link. Its server name and a path.

I have "iwpt_dcr_value" in TPL. Where can I find details about this "iwpt_dcr_value" ? I know only iw_value.

On the same help page, look under iw_perl as iwpt_dcr_value is used within those iw_perl blocks.

I can not browse through any parent folder of http://server-name/iw/help/tst/pt/ , like http://server-name/iw/help/tst/ or http://server-name/iw/help/ or http://server-name/iw/.
I am getting message "You don't have permission to access /iw/help/tst/ on this server" Why is that ? What kind of information is available in these folders ?

Are there any other help sections available in TS UI, which I can access by browsing ? Is there any where PDF manuals are available in TS UI, like the ones available for PT tags ?

Check the permission on the folder "Teamsitehome"/httpd/iw/help/tst/pt and files

You can't browse its parents folders since theres nothing for you to see. You can click on help links with in teamsite for other documentation available. I don't know of any other documentation available from within TS UI.
