Not able to Uninstall TS7.1

Hi,

Env: Win 2003 server, Enterprise Edition, SP2
TS 7.1

Installed TeamSite and the UI was working fine. But Admin module gone down suddenly. Reinstalled multiple times which brought back the admin module. Again it went down.

I want to uninstall the TeamSite and reinstall it again. But when I run the installer, I am not getting the uninstall option enabled. Its greyed out.

Any thoughts???

In ../iwinstall/private/config/inventory.xml, Change all Component status="COMPLETED" and then rerun the installer which will give you the option to uninstall this time.

Take a backup of inventory.xml file first.

if this doesnot work, then delete all related files and do a regclean.
That might help.

installation manual included steps to manually uninstall TS. I've done it recently on a 7.2 install. Quite simple.
