DCR error

Hi All,

Not sure if anyone has seen this error before.
Whenever I do new form entry and the new DCR opens up, it shows a blank screen (screenshot attached) with just the title and the search field at the bottom. Save,Preview etc links and the buttons at the bottom also do not show up. Not sure what is the issue.

Is this user based ? DCR based ? Every DCR, every user ?

That looks like the OOTB sample templates, have they been changed ?

The reason can be very annoying, but....

I hade to throw the old cookies and spend some cache and that fixed the problem. Smiley Happy
