OpenDeploy 6.2.1 Crashing when deploying to certain UNC paths

Hi we are seeing a weird issue in that opendeploy just crashes when deploying to certain UNC paths with no error other than the virtual machine exited with error code 0.

We are also seeing before hand the occasional :

Failed rename of ...... GetLastError()=998
MoveFile failed when moving from .... errno=183

At a complete loss so wondering if anyone else has seen this.

Seems to be a licensing issue at a first glance.
Is the OD happening for other paths?
What message is the log files conveying?
Check OD.lic?

I doubt it's a licensing issue -- otherwise your deployment wouldn't be getting that far.

I'd suggest looking at disk space (OD requires 3X the space of the content being deployed). If that looks fine, it may just be that your network latency is killing it. OD's filesystem operations are quite intensive especially when deploying large numbers of files, so you may need to consider installing the receiver directly on the target server rather than sending things through a network share.

Plus determine who you are running OD as and that user has write permissions to the share.

When I did this before we could not run as Administrator as it did not have access to the share and needed to run OD as a service user
