DCR Component Stylesheet Paths

I'm developing a component that runs off of a DCR and my question is how to reference the XSL stylesheets. I am using a modified version of the ones that come with the component guide (ContentDCR.xsl and LinkUtils.xsl). The component works and outputs the content that is in XML, but it is ignoring the stylesheets.

In all the examples I could find in the developers guide the href points to an interwoven site. Since I have modified the files that does not work. Below is the appearance, appearance XML and Content XML.

For files in our resources folder
//sitepub/default/main/www/WORKAREA/shared/resources/components/header/style.xsl

the include looks like:

[HTML][/HTML]

Also I am assuming you have a template to match what you are selecting with your apply-templates in one of your xslt files your trying to import.
