Issue with Tinymce

Hi All,

We are facing the issue with Tinymce editor, while updating the content. Sometimes content getting updated the but sometimes not.

We are having container inside container inside that text area is mentioned with tinymce editor. When we insert the text first time in Tinymce editor then it’s getting updated but when we close the existing DCR and reopen the same DCR and trying to update the text (in tinymce editor) it’s not getting updated. I have debug line by line code but not found any issue.

I am attaching the datacapture.cfg file.

Please suggest.

Teamsite version: Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.1 Service Pack 1

You did not attach anything, however, please clarify the scenario: When you edit the contents of the tinymce textarea - do you click on any other field before saving the DCR? If not, this is a known issue (that I think was fixed in a 6.7.2 SP or possibly in 7.x - either way you'd have to upgrade).
