Exception of unknown origin in Primitive {EA4C42E1}!

Hi All,

I was able to download the original file size which in the particular case, the original file size is 122MB. However, when I asked to download and change to 300dpi, I got the below error message. This also happened with a few other images.

Below is the error message,

"
The asset(s) could not be retrieved from the MediaBin server.

PEC IFE and man sleeping CMYK Final.tif: Exception of unknown origin in Primitive {EA4C42E1}!
"

Please help me to resolve this issue soon.

Check MBP.log to find some kind of error.
Do send whatever error information you get to diagnose.
