Issue when rebuilding the LiveSite customer toolkit
Emanuel
Hello everyone,
When i try to build livesite customer application by launching
./build.sh
from
/Interwoven/iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/livesite_customer_src
I get this:
[exec] update:
[exec] [exec] ***** Analyzing content_center *****
[exec] [exec] Previous install of livesite_customer toolkit: Thu Apr 1 18:57:44 2010
[exec] [exec] No update is necessary.
The "date" command from my shell return this:
Tue Apr 6 14:28:49 CEST 2010
Thus the statement "No update is necessary" is false, since both the sources in the src/ folder have changed and the date is clearly subsequent.
I was able to build all the toolkit from five months until last week, when, after system manteinance the system date has been changed (it was ahead of some hours), the first difference i can snipe is the " CEST ".
This led me to think that the build script makes a comparison between the date of the toolkit and the date of the sources, and if this fail, no build is done.
My question is:
Does someone know what file gets checked to know if the toolkit has to be rebuilt so i can try and check it's date?
Thank you
Emanuel.

I assume there's a livesite_customer_out directory too - yes?
Try deleting everything in there and then do a rebuild and see if that resolves the problem.

Ah Ghoti, that worked.
Thank you very much.
I owe yet again another answer to the users of this forum.
Cheers!
Emanuel.
