TeamSite 7.1 Installation/UI Issue
System
Hello -
We have installed TeamSite 7.1 (fresh installation) on Solaris 10 server and after server reoboot, the UI is not coming up.
When we hit the GUI, it throws below exception. The ports and WebD/Servlet services are OK.
------
The Interwoven Web Daemon was unable to contact the Interwoven Servlet Engine. The Interwoven Servlet Engine may be down, or running on an unexpected host or port.
Please contact your system administrator.
------
All the services are up (as seen in iwserver.log) and virtual mounts are created. No errors in any other logs except servletd_out. There are few JMS exceptions in servletd_out log as below:
------
10:04:27,648 WARN [TeamSiteServerStatus] *** Encountered a UtildClientException. ***
10:04:27,648 WARN [TeamSiteServerStatus] encounter an error when borrowing object from pool
10:04:27,648 WARN [TeamSiteServerStatus] TeamSite server is not yet up... trying again in a bit.

Did you get a license file?

What is the output of ps -ef? Are you running this on a Sparc or x86?
Have you tried running iwreset -a several times?
Have you checked if there are any port conflicts with that machine?
