I have developed a workflow using the workflow modeler, the license for the workflow modeler has expired now. Will this impact the functionality of the already deployed worklfows (Models).

I believe the answer is "no".
I'm also curious how the WFM license can expire as I thought that went along with the TS license itself - but I'll let someone else tackle that question.

How do you know that it has expired, what is the error you are getting? can you show a screen shot as what it looks like?

Workflow modeler does not need a license. When you installed it, there was no screen where it ask you to input a license. Or any other screen afterwards that ask you to put a license file in a certain directory like TeamSite itself, having to put TS.lic file in iw-home/etc or OpenDeploy file to put OD.lic in od-home/etc.
