You have to give up more than that. Any errors in the logs, is this a new install, does the store exist on the filesystem (if so, what size is it), any changes to the iw.cfg file, etc, etc.

If IW.cfg is valid then check your log files
1. iwserver.log
2. iwtrace.log

First one to check the mounting has happened or not
Second one is to check store got initialized or not
Check any error has updated in the log files.

What operating system?

It looks like your store might not be mounted.

You can try to use the CLT:
iwstoreadm -a default

Which should start your store. If not, you need to check iwserver.log and iwtrace.log to see what is happening.
