Form flicker on new form entry

Hi,

On selecting new form entry,
the form flickers for a second and then works fine.
I have written the init function in a separate js.
can anyone let me know how to use the event onformLoad to load the init function before the form gets fully loaded so that it does not flicker.

Mention your environment details (version / OS etc.)

Attach your CFG and JS.
