Web CMS (TeamSite)
Turbo - invalid mount point
Johnny
Hi Guys,
Im not sure if this is going to be a silly question, im fairly new to windows.
We have TS 5.5.2 SP2b w2k running.
TeamSite is running fine.
I recently tried to install TeamTurbo and an instruction was to add
a certain user to the TeamSite WebPreview Group.
Problem is that I cant find it in the local groups.
On that note, I cant see the Impersonator user either.
Am I seeing something wrong.
I have logged in as Administrator when doing this.
TeamSite has been running fine for all users.
However I have a problem with TeamTurbo (I have put this post in Integrations for that one), and I cant be sure if this has something to do with it, as I wasnt able to complete that task.
I am unable to create either kind of sandbox as it keeps telling me the TeamSite mount is invalid. I have tried mounting as \\ts_server\IWServer and \\ts_server\default and neither works.
I am able to create files into a workarea from the turbo machine using the account WAS is running as.
I have seen posts about this issue, but i still cant resolve this.
Your help will be appreciated
Cheers

Johnny,
Have you made any progress on this related to TeamTurbo. What version of Turbo are you using and which versions of what app server are using with TS 5.5.2 SP2?
The mount point needs to be exactly the same as your web-app server machine has mapped to the TS server. So this could be just the drive letter for the mapped drive.
Your web-app machine also needs full read/write access to the TS server.
Let me know,

Hi Darren,
Thanks for the response.
We havent had any luck yet.
Sorry for the lack of details, we are using
TS 5.5.2 win2K sp3
Turbo 5.5.2
WAS 4.0 AE (4.04) win2k sp3 --> Could this be a problem??... the problem itself doesnt seem like it
The user that maps the drive is the domain services account, which is the same user that WAS is running as. The user has full access to the mount.
The mount was created before starting the service. I tried it both as server\default and server\IWServer, and I have the correct drive letter.
I really cant make sense of it...
It would be great if you have any other suggestions

You probably want to open an IWOV support case for your Turbo problem. The turbo expertise is not widespread. I did solicit input from people, but no one has picked up this thread yet.
