Workflow tab and File item menu disappeared

To give a little background to this:

First i was added by one of my colleagues early this week to unix OS so i could be added to teamsite. after that i was added to teamsite as user. everything worked nicely. Next day the unix admin added again to the same unix box with out him knowing that i have been already added. This caused all kind of issues. Now i can seem to see the workflow tab and some menus etc.

Have any one of you noticed this issue. i have been added the same OS groups that everyone in my teams is part of. i noticed that tsgroups.xml file keeps storing my user name even though i have been removed from that group using the UI manager groups menu.

i would really appreciate your help here. any suggestion will be appreciated.

I'm not sure about cause and effect - but if you were added twice at the OS level - does that mean they gave you two different UIDs? Or just that they have two completely identical entries for you?

I'd suggest making sure things are fixed on the OS, then get yourself removed and then re-added to TS - and see if the problem persists.
