How to increase the inContextEdit window size

xyz1

Version: Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.2 Service Pack 2
Build Number: 70044

I am updating the following file.
/iwov/iw-home/httpd/webapps/content_center/livesite/javascript/inContextEdit.jsp

and cleared the server cache under
/iwov/iw-home/httpd/webapps/content_center/livesite/javascript/combine-output

but not seeing the change. Now sure what I am missing here.
