New data entry throwing error

Hi,
I am making a simple DCT and made the entry in templating.cfg.
But still it is throwing an error that this form is not configured or you dont have permission.

Please help.

Have you run reset after modifying the templating.cfg file.
Also mention your environment.

I just now run iwreset -a but same result.
And the reset did the start and stop of all the services successfully.

Please help.

Post your entry. Also post the path to the DCT you created.

My administrator fixed this.he did iwreset twice(I dont know why?) and it helped.
Now I am able to do new form entry.

Hi,
Perhaps the reason behind the reset is to reset everything and try it and why it took two three resets for you that only your admin can tell.
Nipper is right that you don't need reset after making an entry in templating.cfg. but we do it in these circumstances.
