Are you able to run other workflows.

More details as to how you got to this are warranted.

What rev of TS ? What OS ?

I have seen this before, and a possibility is that TS has a number of files that are setUID to root. Sometimes company policy will not allow that, either by the NFS mount disallows setUID or they have a cron job that runs and strips setUID.

There is a KB on IWOV support with a list of files/programs that must be able to run as root.
