retaining the value set in DCR

Hi,

I am unable to get how to code for the scenario where i want to retain the value of a 'checkbox' while editing the DCR. like if i have checked the 'checkbox' and saved it , then when i edit it again, the checkbox is unchecked... i hope there is a simple way to do this as i need to retrieve this checkbox value from the DCR's xml and send it to IDOL as a parameter.

The fact that it's not saving the value of a regular checkbox implies to me that you didn't properly configure your datacapture.cfg. Most likely, you don't have a 'value' attribute on your <option> tag. Post the relevant piece of XML if you can't figure it out.
