Hi All,

I am not able to edit any DCR's and I see the error msg as Store Frozen. Can any one please advice me a way ahead.

Why is it frozen ?

2 possibilities are that the disk is (mostly) full, TS freezes by default with 50MB left on the partition or 10% free.

The other possibility is that someone used iwfreeze for a backup and forgot to thaw.

PLease try to thaw the store, if you face any issues after that then post your llog error details

Please check whether your licnese is a valid one ( by using the command tsisvalid).
