Could not connect thru the ecm connector

Installed MB 4.6.2

OS: Win 2003 server

Able to login thru web client

but when trying to connect thru the ecm connector , it is giving the following message.
"Unable to import assets from MediaBin. Check permissions on the webservice container's transfer folder. "

checked the permissions of transfer folder and has full permissions for everyone and user i am trying to connect thru ecm connector has full permissions on the same folder

What other setting do i need apply to make it work?

Bala,

Do you have 'TransferFolderWS' folder on MB server where the Web services are installed? Check the permissions on that folder, it should be 'Everyone'.
