User ID not mapped correctly

TS 672 SP2/Linux

When the user creates or modifies files in CCPro or CCStd her ID value from the ID Map Record displays instead of the NAME value. Following is the user's Map Record and tsusers entry, which are correct, yet everything the user touches has the '160466' label.

I exported - imported the UID Map Record and deactivated - activated the store thinking maybe a "refresh" would help but I have the same issue?

Any ideas??
