Unable to access the MBPAdmins group members. Reason: The value passed in is not vali

I installed the
MediaBin 4.6.2
Os :windows server 2003 enterprise

When I executed the MB Enterprise manager, a connection dialog box is displayed , entered the user /pass and server details, clicked on "connect",
then "Server is currently not running. Would you like to restat?", clicked ok , but nothing happened.

then checked the \logs\mbp.log, its content

Any clue on what should be done for the above error marked in red.

Are you running MediaBin Server service as a local admin, a local user or domain user? The user running MB server needs to be part of the local Administrator group. Make sure the user is added to the group and then service is configured correctly to log on as the user, then start the server. Check Enterprise Manager.
