UI customization: Links within column elements

Hello,

I'm trying to modify the "iw.ccpro.directory_list.paged_list" columns, using "ui_custom.xml".

I'm having a problem moving the "lastModifier" column.

I've removed it using:

[/html]

Then added it in my desired location using:

label="Modified by"
description="Modified by"
type="string"
sortable="true"
property="lastModifier.fullName"
width="15%"
align="left"/>
[/html]

The problem is that it's not a link, like the default behaviour. I understand that I should be changing the "type" attribute value to "link" and adding the "resourceBundle" attribute. But I don't know what value to give the "resourceBundle" and "property" attributes.

Does anyone know what the required values are or where I find a list of them all (ref_ccpro_uifilesys.xml?) with examples on how to use them?

For example:

I've used type="html" ( not "link", "html" ) and property="lastModifier.shortName". I do not think that you need Bundle attribute here,
just remove it. "ref_ccpro_ui_flesys.xml" shows this column's default formatting for several Views.

Can you concatenate values in a column? Either two properties or properties mixed with strings?

With the type "html" the lastModifier name's (long or short, regardless) attribute source is the "name" entry from
Administration - Permissions - Manage Users. If it is there, both long and short variants render identically.

I am not entirely sure but I do not think that there exists an OTB syntax to populate "pagelist" Columns with expressions.
All Views are GUI mappings of certain Object lists. You quite literally format and show some Object's attributes as Columns.
You can of course modify corresponding List JSP files and do what you want there. This is a hack though, neither documented
nor supported.
