We are using TS 7.2 and OD 7.2 in RHEL 5.3

Could you please anyone let me know what is the below error I am receiving in OD base log file?

"2011-06-23 20:02:29.831 GMT-0700 serverLog [JmsPublisher] - DBD: ERROR: PublishDDEvent - null"

Hi,
It seems that Data Deploy has some errors. Are you using DBI-DBD perl modules for deployment.
But still you will have to put some more information to get to the root cause.
Might be that the configurations for the DD has some problem(I guess).

More context is needed:
* when does this happen (and what functionality is it preventing you to do)
* post more context from the log file, namely a stack trace if present, and any errors that may have immediately preceded this one

This error generally occors while publishing content through workflow.
If you are using Livesite, then look at the logs under the folder /OpendeployNG-home/log/Livesite/*.logs. This will have the errors of the DBI module.

I hope you are trying to send files to the runtime environment.
Just go to the OD Home/log and check whatever error message you are getting.
In the meantime are you not getting a folder named as LiveSite inside the log folder?

Ok sounds like you are just sending the contents to DB.
Are you using RHEL 5.3 64 bit box?
If yes then the problem lies there only.
I am not sure about TS7.* but we faced this problem when we migrated to to a box which was RHEL 5.3 64 bit from 32 bit. we were working on TS 6.7.2 at that point of time.
we got a patch from the support team and that worked for us.
If you are using 64 bit machine then I would recommend to contact support for the patch.

This issue occurs when your trying to initiate same Datadeploy of same inst which is already executing

example:

you initiate initially ad DD script with file product_detail with inst number 12345
if you again initiate with same inst number while previous one is executing you will face this error
