Could you please tell me the name of file as I had tried finding the same but I got only users guide. It would be great if you can provide the direct link without any credentials.

Workflow Modeler Users Guide. That is the only manual available for WFM. Although the name of the PDF depend on version.

For example,
"wfm_1011_user_v01_en.pdf" for teamsite 6.7.2SP2
"wfm_1010_user_v02_en.pdf" for teamsite 6.7.2
"wfm_1001_user_v01_en.pdf" for teamsite 6.7.1SP1

This manual includes everything (i.e. installation, instantiating, configuration etc.)
